Is there anything healthy to eat at a Mexican restaurant that wont ruin my diet?

Im going out with the girls for lunch to El Mezcal but I don’t want to totally ruin my diet.. help!! What can I eat that’s not so bad?

    The safest option would be chosing chicken for the meat, ground beef is fattening.

    Try the chicken burrito or enchilida. Avoid anything that says cheese, fried, ground beef/meat, crispy, refried beans and guacamoleand. Also, tortilla chips are full of fat.

    Try and get it soft, grilled or baked.

    If you do eat wrong then don’t panic, one meal wont ruin your diet.
