chicken breast, beans and that’s it. no flour based tacos, burrito wraps and stuff. no cream, no cheese, no refried beans, no ground beef/pork. nothing deep fried. limited salsa without chips. pretty much nothing.
thats sounds good, i suggest a chicken soup.
usually resturants are greedy and dont give alot of chicken in it and alot of veggies. nothing is fried so its all heathy boiled food.
I go to mexican restaurants al the time. The health option is a chiken breast( opt for cajun fi you want a bit of spice) with rice. Always a good choice!!
No cheese.
Try to eat taco shells made of whole wheat.
Stay away from the rice.
Do not eat the chips that are given with chips and salsa.

fajaitias are always good
Caldo
Umm, that would be great and limit yourself when munching on chips and salsa. Don’t completely deprive yourself while on a diet but make sure to get right back at it during your next meal. I have a guide (book) to fast food…and it says at taco bell the best thing for you is chicken soft tacos, no sour cream and a beef hard taco, no sour cream.
borito bowl are great, you can add rice, black beans, lettuce, and tomatoes.
Stay away from anything fried. Chicken or vegetables would be the best option. You could get a chicken salad, no cheese, and use salsa for salad dressing. Salsa is fat free so that would be your best option, unless they offer a fat free salad dressing. If it is an authentic Mexican restaurant, get a veggie and bean burrito, no cheese. Depending on how big it is, you should probably only eat half of it.
taco salad….dont eat the shell
one of the salads (a taco salad?)so you get a LOT of lettuce and very little meat.
chicken taco sounds good!!! but tortilla is fattning. ok and is this a mexican mexican resturant were mariachies could hangout at??? or kinda not really kinda o american twist to it??? cuz if its mexican mexican and if u like sea food i would suggest a shrimp cocktale (coctel de camaron really good) or cebiche de pescado( its grinded fish maranaded in lime jucie with cilantro onions tomatos with avacado on top) really good sea food is not fating and it mexican style too.
chicken fajitas
